This Pentek ChlorPlus 10 carbon block filter cartridge is designed to reduce chlorine and chloramine in residential drinking water. In addition to chemical reduction carbon block technology provides enhanced dirt holding capabilities. This cartridge meets National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute (NSF/ANSI) standard 42 for material requirements only. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.Designed for most residential drinking water applications.
